I found a cool little program called IOGraph that tracks your mouse movements for whatever period of time you’d like. I recorded these images all day today while i was working. The larger black circles represent the pointer stopping. The larger the circle the longer it was stopped for. I’m a programmer, so I don’t use my mouse terribly often while I’m actually writing code. That, or I took a lot of breaks :)
